Are you saying you are feeling forced to sign up and pay for a mediation program and you don't want to do it?
If so, you've an automatic "out" if you're Catholic. Meditation (as practiced by the New-age types) technically falls under the first commandment of the "Thou shalt nots". I am not sure if Protestant sects view it the same way but if they do, there's your excuse. An employer can't force you to do anything which violates your religion.
Be aware though, that if you opt out using this excuse, the boss may find another reason to get rid of you. Generally speaking these "meddle in your psyche" types don't like to be thwarted.
I'm not sure how this type of stuff would relate to your job performance unless your company has a hostile working environment. Be that as it may, these things are usually run by guru types who are, more often than not, manipulators and prone to keep selling"more" self-improvement until the client is bankrupt.
Not forced... but they had several "how to use" Skype sessions. Meanwhile, I've got thousands of pages of technical material I have to digest and regurgitate at a moments notice. Don't understand the relative value.
Meditation has been shown to help people stress less, focus more and even sleep better. Headspace is meditation made simple. We'll teach you the life-changing skills of meditation and mindfulness in just a few minutes a day.
Your phone probably overheard your conversation. It also tracks you and those around you then suggest an app base on your contacts. So if an app is popular in your area then it will suggest it.
Your phone gathers every information about your life and even programmed to figure out your home and workplace by tracking you.
Recently iOS and Android updated their software to include "Contact Tracing". It essentially give your phone's unique digital ID to other phones so that there's a history of who you've been in contact with, when, and where. Prayer is meditation, brings calmness. Age old and verified. Also recommend silence. Just being silent even for a few minutes and calmness is restored
You mean like when the battery on my phone dies? Blessed silence?

Otherwise you'll just have to cram it down and hope for the best.
