See...in the old days, highway patrol coulda turned up, called in backup, and got their Crown Vics with pusher bars up front to just push them off the road. 2 or 3 on each, no problem.
Looking at google maps seems they should have foresaw the 244 getting blocked. Seems to bee too vulnerable to career whiners. Next time Trump has a conference with some world leaders or what have you, a candidate is an easy to defend/annoy/exhaust the loons.
Chateux Lake Louise near Banff in Alberta, Canada is a good choice. IIRC they used it one year for the G8. It was very effective.
