I'm guessing they figure people are aware how to rinse bleach properly. But that's a scenario for if you're going to run simple home-made reusable cloth mask through a laundry machine. (particularly if you have one of the newer ones that have a steam disinfecting cycle)

I wouldn't recommend playing with it outside that specific use-case.
