Why are we even considering Parler. It should be Gab.

Yeah exactly, wtf. I no longer wonder why conservatives lose the culture war, stuff like this is revealing

Because we have dirty RINOS. I wish Gab and Parler would either partner or merge.

I just think Gab is too flexible with it's free speech. Any one on the fence would instantly be shocked in their first experience. I like the idea of steps Twitter to Parler to Gab. Parler gives a middle ground opportunity. Eventually either Gab and Parler can merge or acquire or evolve overtime. Right now it should focus on marketshare. Partnering would make sense. Working together is a better play.

We lose the culture war because of two things I can name.off thr top of my head;

  1. Expecting someone else to do all the work. Tim Pool, Tucker, Andrew Torba, and the creators of Bitchute are all people that decided to do something about the rabid left. Unfortunately most conservatives are content with just making memes and hoping people like them do all the work.

  2. Conservatives trying to push the narrative that we shouldn't do anything because it will just rile up the left. You'll see this a lot in threads whenever people suggest Trump do something such as send in the national guard or make an executive order. This narrative is false because the left doesn't care how hard we fight back. They will attack us anyway and wants us destroyed no matter what.

Imagine if everyone that watched Trump's Tulsa rally donated $1 to a news network that was unbiased. Perhaps Tim Pool or RSBN.

Imagine if everyone who watched Trump's rally donated $1 to an alternative social media site such as Gab or Bitchute.

Each of those would get $7-8 million dollars. That's a lot of money for a small business. It could pave the way for a new platform without fear of being censored or being fed a false narrative. Perhaps RSBN could have its own studio with a bigger team of journalists and its own channel or streaming app. And that's just if everyone donated one or four dollars.

Now imagine if comservatives had the balls to run for office (sheriff, mayor, governor, etc.) using these alternate platforms. Conservatives could tune in to RSBN and get unfiltered information about these candidates and all they'll have to do is tell their neighbors and friends about the new candidates.

But sadly I think we'll just stick to memes.

Absolutely, I completely agree with you, well said

While I agree, it won’t matter when the truth is blocked or banned there. They are doing everything they can to suppress it.

Yeah exactly

Parler is the corner. Twitter is the center of the boxing ring.

Mark Dice said something similar. He said that Parler is place to hang out but Twitter is the battleground.

His tweet

Reddit already has everything broken up into it's own corner though. So that was remedied with the creation of this site. The same I wouldn't say about Parler due to Twitter having every aspect of it's design intertwined where everyone can come across any post. It's a big problem if everything they come across is propaganda where no one is refuting it.

Be on both. It doesn't hurt to have a backup. The same argument was said about thedonald moving from reddit.

I disagree.

Migration and change must happen. Less than 25% of Twitter is organic. You are only fighting artificial voices and opinions.

We need organic platforms that are not about politics but all things. We have to focus on the experience and those seeking to escape the toxic Social Media platforms today.

Be the change. Delete and migrate.

Twitter is the popular social media site. A vast amount of in the middle people will not use Parler. They will use Twitter/Facebook etc. they will not use alternative sites. They will be fed propaganda without any pushback. Twitter is not an echo chamber but it will be if truth tellers abandon it.

People with no political leaning are going to use Twitter. Twitter has every corporation/media star Hollywood celeb/ video game news, how to videos, etc. drawing in normies, Parler doesn't & won't get that. Those people will be bombarded by propaganda left and right without any intervention to keep them grounded in reality.

Challenging leftists on Twitter, or Reddit, or Wikipedia, etc is like trying to win a football game when the referees are active, paid members of the other team who also decide the very rules of the game on the fly.

But it’s even worse than that because they can make rules that the public in general cannot even see. Like tweaking a user do that only a fraction of her followers see any given tweet. They use these tricks universally and mercilessly. It is how they “resist.” The more effective you are, the more the leftist rule makers target you.

We had to ghost Reddit because of the covert and overt platform changes they made to repress our community. Supporting these psychotic, hateful publishers is a mistake. We will never maintain effective organizations while standing on cyber land controlled by an active enemy. People who say we need to stay on these publishers sites are in denial about who the enemy we are fighting is. They think it is the leftist users on the site. But it is actually the media and the publishers of the site themselves, who can exert complete control in their domain.

The Tweet I shared in this post is exactly why staying on Twitter is effective. Anyone who sees the original Tweet she's replying to will see her reply which sets it straight. A lot of people with no bias use Twitter. These people will be swayed by objective truth.

The Lords of Twitter will not allow that to happen.

It’s like telling the founding fathers that they should use King George’s printing press to print pamphlets like “Common Sense.”

It doesn’t work

REMEMBER: Twitter shadowbans. You won’t reach independents on Twitter using a MAGA account. Assume your MAGA tweets are suppressed. Twitter is a good battlefield to shill covertly with “neutral” accounts.

This is my opinion. It's why it sucks so much to leave Reddit. We have to plop our asses right down into their hippy circle and start talking. They need to be exposed to our ideas. One public square.

There is no way to 'quit' parlor.

That's a problem.

Parler is a safe space echo chamber meant to contain problematic opinions while also collecting the personal data of those individuals.

Black woman didn't just "follow" as you can see in the reflection she ran to get behind the white couple's car and pounded on it so she could pretend she was hit.

I used to have a Buick Rendezvous and one time as I was trying to back out of a parking space at a gas station my warning bell kept going off that there was something behind me though it appeared nothing was, I turned around in the seat to look out he back window and saw nothing, I checked the side view mirrors and nothing so I started backing out again and again the warning bell went off.

So I opened my door and leaned out to look and there was this woman sitting right behind my car looking like a deer trapped in the headlights - what a con. She knew right where to place her car so I couldn't easily see it.
