.....as a contractor, I cannot be considered for any local, state, or federal contract until it has been offered to, and turned down by, all interested minority contractors. I've been told this to my face. I feel so privileged.

Unconstitutional, sue.
It's not unconstitutional. At least, it's not unconstitutional according to the constitution as it was amended in 1964. Title VII & the Equal Opportunity Employment act codified the preferential hiring of minorities & women because of their under representation in the job market. It's also why minorities bring to the employer up to $15,000 in tax credits per employee per year.I'm not arguing with you here. I'm pointing out that the spirit of your statement is correct, legally it isn't unconstitutional.What's going on now is blatant racism. Personally I believe it's time to break out the guillotines. White people need to wake the fuck up and realize that the racism they see today is backed by law.
