Whoever is promoting this nonsense doesn’t have black peoples interests at heart and just wants chaos here, the numbers alone would not give blacks a good chance for a real race war in North America, and no foreign powers would be in a position to, or willing to intervene. China would fund them probably, and Iran would probably also jump on board with money and other combat related aid like lessons in making ied’s. They would get money and training.
