Hillary is asking herself for 4 years now how she becomes president. We know that part of the plot involves getting Biden nominated, and we can guess that another part of it has to do with his dementia/the effects of the drugs they are giving him.

Somehow, at the convention or otherwise, the argument will be made that since she is the only one to win the popular vote, she is the right person to replace him.
