A guy came out from the near by apartments and explained there were multiple accidents there each week. Finally they put up a light.
Same thing happened in California right after the November 2016 election, if I remember correctly. Some "protesters" walked onto the highway and some dumb broad got clipped by a car going full speed. The chick didn't die; she got mangled up pretty good. The authorities didn't charge the person in the car because they cited federal law stating it's a feloney to block highways and such. I'll try to find the video and update this post.
I see so many lawsuits.. I also think it's what we need!! We need a reminder!! Dems are low IQ. It's not the other way around!! With a 50% drop out rate in the cities, I want to know how that works!!! Walk in the middle of an expressway for 19 days straight.. no one is listening and everyone is getting tired of it. You gotta remember the troopers can only do what they are told. The decision ultimately came from Governor Inslee but you could hold Chief Batiste accountable. I would also hold Secretary Roger Millar accountable as well since he runs the Department of Transportation and could have advocated for the safety of drivers.

In defense of the good officers on ground doing the right thing, 98% of them actually want to see the laws enforced and most are good honest people who put their lives on the line.
