I don't thing a female sanitary device would behave like this, so it looks more like a package in motion.
Women in need of a female sanitary device don't wear white pants, especially on TV. If it was a tampon that fell out, and I have never heard of that happening, it would have left menses behind. If it was a napkin, same thing. As a vagina owner, I can tell you that was no sanitary device. BTW, I will always call it a sanitary device now :)
