I would say check out a Ruger LCP II. Meets all your requirements. Small, lightweight, and .380 shouldn't be too hard on your hands. It's also rather affordable. Then again, depending on how much your hands ache, magazine-fed anything may not be a good choice and revolvers are where you should be browsing.
