I’ve been robbed at gunpoint, it’s felony aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in Texas.

Guy who mugged me got 10 years for it

Edit:

Sec. 29.03. AGGRAVATED ROBBERY.

(a) A person commits an offense if he commits robbery as defined in Section 29.02, and he:

(1) causes serious bodily injury to another;

(2) uses or exhibits a deadly weapon; or

(3) causes bodily injury to another person or threatens or places another person in fear of imminent bodily injury or death, if the other person is:

(A) 65 years of age or older; or

(B) a disabled person.

(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the first degree.

Glad to hear it. Ten years? Not sure why anyone would find robbery worth it. What a meathead.

He probably got out in a few months for "good behavior", not killing anyone while in prison. Especially in Houston.

It was a gang initiation, the accomplice (and actual gang member) got time served at the 1 year mark and from what I was told flipped on the guy.

I hope the little 5 foot 6 145lb man enjoyed his time in the State Of Texas prison system
