There are areas where rule of law does not exist. This is NYC already, I expect it to include DC - Boston. Atlanta too. Some other places through our Country. I don't know about the left coast, but it's mostly gone anyway. We have to expect these areas will only get worse.
In my County rule of law is still here. I spoke with the local Chief of Police yesterday, as well as someone from the Sheriff's department the night before. I was out to help maintain order during scheduled BLM bs, in my tiny town in WI. About 10 people showed up with one bullhorn, after 3 attempts to schedule something. We had more people on stand up paddleboards than they had protesters, and they were over half women. I was able to have reasonable dialogue with some, after they were all done.
Peaceful, legal things I think we can do: if we're in a sane area that still has rule of law, encourage our County Sheriff and local Chief(s) of Police. Let them know citizens are willing and able to act as force multipliers as needed. We should be rolling out the welcome mat to recruit cops quitting horrible areas to existing job openings for Police, Nationwide. We can't afford a mass exodus of law enforcement as a career. We can't go into the worst areas and fix them. We need to contain the violence to the areas WROL, (without rule of law) and keep it from steamrolling the Nation. One of the best ways to do this is citizens and LEOs coordinating.
We can contact our local / State republican party to get them to sue the State over this mail-in bs. It's foreseeable they won't want to spend the money to do that, and we have to be dead serious with them that if they don't, whoever's in power after the Civil War is over, it WON'T be them. We facilitated a fair election in Afghanistan of all places, we can do it here. That and rule of law are the bedrock of our society. Without that? We make KrystalNacht look like a girl's slumber party.
