I would put her general election probability at 60-70%

That is just based on voter registration trends. I haven't had a chance to talk in depth to my buddies in Grand Junction. Mostly its a question of whether the district GOP establishment is gonna be poor losers. It appears that Tipton is actually taking the change graciously, so I am pretty optimistic.
