As a black woman surrounded by liberals I've never felt able to speak out without being completely alienated by friends, as I don't see politics as something worthy of making-or-breaking friendships. Hell, I didn't even vote last year.
But going through these posts has made me feel more connected to America and why we need to protect it from this attack on liberties and freedom worldwide. We need to be reminded of our responsibility to our country, as well as to ourselves.
See you at the polls!
They hate ANYONE who doesn’t tow the line they’ve gotten hooked into. The only way to live is to live freely. We have to start speaking the truth, no matter what. If someone asks me if I support BLM, I’m not going to pussyfoot around the answer. I will be respectful, as I am with everyone- this includes being honest. If we all begin to realize the only thing at risk by staying silent is our freedom, we will all find one another in the wild. The sting of the left’s intimidation & censorship will become useless.
I’m happy to know that I’m among people with hearts & minds like yours.
