The crazy thing is the Charlottesville driver was actually in more danger compared to the Seattle driver before he accelerated to get away, his car was already being struck with blunt objects.

Difficult with how much they poisoned the well here. Trump could do it at the end of his second term or - god forbid - if he downcast get reelected.

If I were Trump and I wasn't reelected, I'd pardon people left right and middle.

Better defend him because in their mind we all are white supremacists. Using that as an excuse to excessive jailing and suspending our judicial rights will just screw things furthermore.

The "well he is a white supremacist and deserves it" play card has already gone far enough. Fuck playing by their rules because things will get worse for us. Imagine getting arrested because you didn't kneel for blm proving you're a white supremacist for decades? That's the way we are going

12
humble_kekistani 12 points ago +12 / -0

It is if you don’t have activist judges. They were in the road and damaging his vehicle

9
zekin 9 points ago +9 / -0

White supremacist or not, all Americans have rights, and the right to due process. Can't give up the ideals or change the rules when it benefits you, and that includes by that militant black supremacist militia terrorising people.

I wonder what the chances of a retrial after these numerous attacks have woken America up to what this guy was facing. Probably a second term item

24
AlphaOmaga 24 points ago +24 / -0

Antifa dude also bragged about chasing him off with a gun.

Also, didn’t he not even hit heather. Yes he hit some people, but he didn’t hit heather from what I saw. The land whale died of a heart complication due to the panic, so sure the whole wreck was responsible in some way but c’mon.

I guess it doesn’t help the guy was kinda nutty but he was still getting attacked first.

8
Fulgencio_Batista 8 points ago +8 / -0 (edited)

From the video footage, it looks like the driver hit another vehicle, which in turn, hit that part of the crowd. Whether the second vehicle hit Heyer herself isn't clear.

I don't see how you'd prove requisite intent to hit and kill HeatherHeifer from that evidence, much less beyond reasonable doubt.

Did you see the video one of the victims was livestreaming? It looked like they were all panicking that a car was coming, then BOOM

4
Danny1878 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, it was weird, they had like a good 8-10 seconds notice, and only had to move like 10 feet one way or the other, but still managed to be in exactly the wrong place unfortunately.

What about bypassing the closure by entering through the exit ramp, then turning around on the interstate and heading towards the group?

0
Fulgencio_Batista 0 points ago +1 / -1

Allegedly, he was driving up an off ramp to get on the highway, and had an outstanding warrant for a similar crime.

If that turns out to be true, he's done. He won't receive the same degree of trial-by-media as James Fields, but if those are the facts, that won't be necessary.

1
deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
-14
BrewSwillis -14 points ago +10 / -24

You can't say "he did nothing wrong". He wasn't supposed to be driving on the closed highway. But beyond that, he did nothing wrong while encountering those cars blocking the road, and the "protestors" that were wearing black, and hiding behind those cars.

17
VetforTrump 17 points ago +17 / -0

Closed by who. Impeded is more like it.

13
Vektor45 13 points ago +15 / -2

The city had closed the highway down in anticipation/support of the 'protestors' and basically chose to not oppose them. So technically it was closed by the city although I'd also argue that it was a collaborative effort between them and the 'protestors'.

Side-note: it is getting ridiculous with how much support these cities are giving these people to impede stuff like highways and other infrastructure.

4
flyingcaveman 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't think the city has any authority to close the interstate. The state police probably could, but there is no way they would 'permit' people to protest on the freeway.

4
The_Bugout_Bag 4 points ago +4 / -0

All these cities should be getting sued more with the incidents here and in atlanta and NY. The dem leaders should be held accountable to all the deaths because they sat back and watched these commie fucks kill children. Funny that were going to see a suit come up from the seattle roadkills fam or org. about wrongful death or some shit.

Are we FINALLY allowed to question the narrative around this guy? Because after what happened in Provo can we really say this guy didn't legitimately FEAR for his life? We may not have heard gunshots, but his account is that his life was being THREATENED by the mob before he accelerated through the crowd. I mean come on. COME THE FCK ON!

Vegas was cover for an attempted assassination against Saudi prince mohammad salman. Three floors above paddock was called the four seasons owned by Saudi family and Salman was in residence. There is a ton more. Look it up, alaweed al talal, arrested a month later nov 3 I think along with many in SA. Talal flipped on the attempt, involves deepstate as usual.

Kennedy being murdered by Deepstate is a conspiracy theory too. Conspiracy theory as labeled by the media is code for deep state. Conspiracies exist and more often than not events are part of a planned conspiracy and we are the victims. Every liberal plot against us a conspiracy

James Fields, the driver from Charlottesville who was blamed for the death of Heather Heyer. He got a life sentence plus 419 years. His vehicle was surrounded completely by a violent antifa terrorist mob and they had already begun physically attacking his car and hitting it with blunt weapons before he accelerated to flee for his life. It has to be one of the most extreme miscarriages of justice and examples of blatant corruption in American legal history.

This.

13
NoMoreWhiteDemocrats [S] 13 points ago +33 / -20

It doesn't matter if he was an actual nazi and had Hitler photos on his wall. Everyone is supposed to be equal before the law. He can only be charged for crimes that he has committed. You can disagree with his views and even personally hate him but still believe in the rule of law.

The second you create a loophole and a second class of citizen who can be imprisoned for life or killed for having the wrong political views, you've corrupted the rule of law and set a precedent that could eventually be used to include your political views.

15
Pure_Coincidence 15 points ago +15 / -0

It doesn't matter if he was an actual nazi and had Hitler photos on his wall. Everyone is supposed to be equal before the law.

I think that was their point. He wasn't treated equally and we know why.

2
Fulgencio_Batista 2 points ago +2 / -0

It doesn't matter if he was an actual nazi and had Hitler photos on his wall.

Le's be realistic, assuming that any facts to that case mattered is rather optimistic.
The outcome was certain before the trial even started. They didn't want another Zimmermann trial, so they decided to make an example of this one.

Its a tragedy that she was killed, regardless of her being a retard, but its just like anyone else who fucks around, youre bound to meet someone that will make you find out. Protesting on a highway at night? Guarantee she wouldnt have been hit by a car if she was at home watching Sex and the City like a normal SJW.

5
Pure_Coincidence 5 points ago +5 / -0

It's kind of a reach to even say she was "killed" since she wasn't hit by the car and died of a heart attack.

1

3
Bungholio 3 points ago +3 / -0

Anyone have video? I’ve only seen edited versions of basically right before he ran into her.

6
Spinnyd 6 points ago +6 / -0

I saw it on 4chan the day it happened. I wish I had saved it. Dude was driving down the street normally, a guy ran out and hit the drivers quarter panel. Then his car accelerated and hit the car in front of his. The crowd started to overwhelm him and he through it in reverse and got out PF there. If he were to have stayed he would have died there.

1
NoMoreWhiteDemocrats [S] 1 point ago +22 / -21

I haven't looked for it in a while but I remember YT was scrubbing them. It's another case of selective editing to produce fake news, like when they show a cop shooting someone but not the perpetrator trying to kill the cop seconds before that.

I remember that James Fields was driving below the speed limit desperately looking for an exit to get away from the mob (before they really targeted his car), he does a hard brake because there's a wall of people blocking his way and then after someone smashes the back of his car with a blunt weapon he accelerates. Anons compiled footage together showing that he had no exit and was basically forced to drive through part of the crowd if he didn't want to stop the vehicle and become the next Reginald Denny.

4
Dirk_Diggler 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, all of those people recording and all the videos don't show what happens until the vehicle is already barreling, nothing at or around the vehicle before it plows through. Everything has been curated to make it look incredibly damning. The way all the existing remaining footage is edited it's done so in a Kafkaesque manner.

To be clear this guy was objectively a piece of shit, in my opinion, but I don't doubt he got spooked and did fear for his life.

Spez: on mobile or I'd link. A phone research is fucking hell.

3
BrewSwillis 3 points ago +3 / -0

This guy was easy to sacrifice, because he was just some dumb white racist, who liked Hitler. But it was a total miscarriage of justice. The evidence that sealed this case for me, to prove that this guy did not plan on doing this, was that just minutes before the incident, he actually programmed his GPS to take him back home. And, I guess it turned out, that peaceful protestors forced his car to turn down this road. Why would this guy program his GPS for home, and then go the wrong way, and then plan on driving into a crowd of people?

2
dthb4communism 2 points ago +2 / -0

1
watchingindisbelief 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is going to sound pretty tin foil hat, but one of the weirdest videos I saw after Charlottesville was a reporter interviewing the father of the girl that was killed. This was a day or two after the protest, and his reaction to his daughter's death was essentially, "well, you can't dwell on this stuff, I forgive the driver". No real emotion, they may as well have asked him about the weather.

Trying to find the video but I know I saw this.

1
IdahoMan87 1 point ago +1 / -0

Nope. I believe both drivers are 100% innocent. They were under attack by mobs, and did what they had to in order to escape (duty to retreat?).

1
Elvathelion 1 point ago +1 / -0

The dude was railroaded and it would blow a huge amount of political capital to address this particular injustice because nearly everyone is "already" convinced he was a racist/white supremacy killer type.

He does serve as a lesson to others: don't play in traps - Charlottesville was intended to be just what it turned out to be - a tool to damage the MAGA movement.

Effort should be to equalize by saving this guy, not bringing the innocent black guy down. Making the black guy as guilty, that's just retarded. The guy lookks like he was driving, avoided random cars in the fucking highway he saw last minute (we all zone out on the highway and speed), avoided the crash by less obvious route of the crowd of people.
