Add body to that. People of all bents take garbage care of themselves. Fat, happy, wrinkly people might not look great, but they're happy and they accept life. It's simply a better place to be if you can manage it. It's a very positive worst-case scenario to have if you've painted yourself into a corner with fitness and/or leaning on the medical system. You're still fulfilled at the end if only because you didn't choose to be a miserable person.
