Its been a boiling pot in congress for like 2 years now. People have been suing, lawsuits take time. Trump signed an executive order a month or two ago that basically just told the FCC to enforce the law.
That was just before reddit, twitter, etc. ramped up their censorship of Trump, too. Pretty much everybody expects a legal shit storm to boil over in the near future

White people in the US are a minority for ages 16 and younger!
That's by design. Best hypothesis for "why" they're doing it is because whites are the only demographic that largely will vote for smaller government.
Is this a lawsuit waiting to happen? Doesn't it take away my first amendment rights to speak? Why hasn't anyone tried to sue Twitter over censorship?
