I don't like when the lyrics are changed to "let us LIVE to make men free." Howe wrote "as he died to make men holy, let us die to make men free" for a reason, to show that Americans were still willing, like the Founders, to risk their LIVES, their fortunes and their sacred honor to advance the cause of liberty. Changing "die" to "live" risk-averts and cheapens it. Just my two cents.
