Yep. Just use some magnets to hold a rag or cover over your license plate. Run some fishing line from the cover to inside the car. Afterwards when you are far enough away just tug the line to remove the license plate cover. This is all so you don't have to stop your vehicle where there might be cameras. Damn cameras are everywhere these days so plan your route accordingly.
