Which I’ll point out our GEOTUS recently harnessed for good. I love that he tweeted out the wanted pictures of a bunch of Federal statue/monument vandals, and BOOM, overnight the 4chan autists had doxed several of the perps. It was glorious!
When you think about it, Wanted Posters were the social media bulletins of their time. Wanted Posters would shame the criminal, but more importantly, make people have second thoughts about committing a crime themselves, lest they be called out so publicly as well.
Problem though, the Wanted Posters are old technology. They don't account for the current speed of global communication.
In comes Trump, who instantly upgrades the idea behind Wanted Posters to the modern era. And now the criminals are complaining about being doxxed. "You can't put my picture on the town hall door! WTF man you're trainrobberphobic!"

Town I used to live in had digital billboards with huge ass wanted posters on rotation, gave you a real good view of a mugshot if one existed.
