I don't have the exact size, but at least from what I see in Caucasians and blacks (no so much here in Asia), it's extremely rare (like less than 0.2%?) to see a woman that's so "well built" her neck is thicker that her jaw bones at the widest part, but it seems quite a usual minority for a guy, especially if guy is bony and muscular to have a neck is as thick as his jaws if not thicker. You can look around (I do draw a little so I did look around for that).
I didn't realize that men and women have a different neck size, compared to their jaw. Is it true?
