If the news hadn't used covid to fear monger, the vast majority of people would have just thought it was a really bad flu season. There's be 20k elderly deaths from pneumonia, 20k deaths here from chest congestion, 20k from something else.
But no, instead deaths that are seasonally attributed to other conditions fall under the banner of the scary mythical Chinese virus. Fuck the media.
The bubonic plague is active and alive in Boulder Colorado! At least it was 10 years ago when the city put up warning signs in the parks about it having been transmitted to humans by prairie dogs. That didn't even make national news.
Holy crap, they're up selling plagues. Like McDonald's asking if you'd like to get fries with that, they're testing out which one people respond to! Bet, if one gets early traction, it's all we'll hear about in a week or two.
Well Carpet Bomb China and eradicate it. Easy peazy.😂
The real plague, -its the communism!

EDIT: No. There is no saving them. (Read your comment wrong, lol)
Can something be back again if it never left?
But what about the hanta virus and the Murder Wasps from China?
This is fucking insane
and now meth-alligators!
They are shaking in their boots because it looks like the world economy is starting to take off.

I grew up in Florida. That amoeba kills a few lake swimming teens a year. Not news. Just a consequence of hot stagnant Florida water.
The bubonic plague can be treated with antibiotics with very high efficacy.
You're right, it's pure fear porn.
