this isnt your company's fault, they are just taking the proxy vendor's categories and blocking them.
in the case of cisco, submit a ticket to remove the site from those categories.
you can't self-proxy or vpn around these sites at big firms thise sites are blocked too.
trust me, depending on where you work you dont want to be on the list of folks visiting these sites any more than you want to be on a campaign contribution list for gop candidates. use your phone, and configure manual dns options on the work wifi for 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 AND use a personal always-on vpn.
