"This is how black and indigenous people of color see the world and it’s not for you and me … to deny that reality. We have to get on board."

These people think that everyone who isn't white has the exact same life experience and perspective. Like one big hive mind. Only white people are aloud to have free will and differing opinions because those poor black and brown people aren't smart enough to think individual thoughts, and really all of their separate cultures are all the same anyways.

Then they go on to call anyone who disagrees with them racists. How can they not see what their doing?

When I hear the term BIPOC, all I think about is Julius Malema saying "We are not calling for the slaughtering of White People, at least for now".

It seems like they have joined arms in the battle for decolonization which is why the term exists. People may tell me I'm wrong, but if the left tells me to accept their reality then they must accept mine.

I don't think these people want actual solutions to create an inclusive US, I think they are seeking to be exclusive purposefully.

It's not that complicated. They're just communists. All the race shit is an excuse for rage quiting capitalism because they suck at life.
