He probably is right. They probably hung that flag on the embassy of the country because they wished to highlight the domination of their sexuality on their though process and their belief and value system. They did wish to signal how much they thought about sex and genitals, when they decided to fly that flag as a symbol of their national identity. The only reason they would've decided to fly that flag is because homosexuality and thought and feelings of sex and copulation and penis and arseholes are the most defining characteristic of their psyche and their very being, their very essence.
