NOOSECARs problems are older and deeper than Bubba or Phelps though. The cars no longer meet any stock specs, half the races are at awful tracks over a 1000 miles from NOSECARs fanbase while Wilkseboro and Rockingham rot, NBC has a say so in when and where race dates are set... National expansion killed the sport.
Steve Phelps and Andrew Murstein are behind this.
