I disagree 100%. This is an asinine suggestion. It doesn't allow for someone to reframe their political ideology.
Instead, they should be required to be part of a cleanup crew, in order to receive those benefits. If they don't want to do cleanup, then you can remove their benefits.
Oh they can dissent all their heart desires, they just can't do it while subsisting solely on the government teet. Riot, protest, march, do what ever, but don't expect to be able to go back to your section 8 housing after destroying property like we are all good with it.
