There is an interesting exception:

Most likely attributable to lesser access to healthcare based on socio-economic circumstances (e.g. poverty).

Possibly attributable to cultural vices (e.g. drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, and/or taking recreational drugs), inadequate nutrition (e.g. low-levels of vitamin D and zinc), and a lack of education (e.g. unknowingly failing to practice proper social distancing).
