Now come down on states passing laws granting their EC votes to the national popular vote winner. How is that not unconstitutional? States EC votes are supposed to come from the STATE popular vote. They're literally disenfranchising votes in their own states and making the Presidential part of the vote almost irrelevant because they're just going to give their EC votes to the national winner, not the candidate that won their state.

In America each State decides how to decide who becomes president.

They could decide the president with a push up contest as far as the constitution is concerning.
