You guys are missing a big point. This doesn't mean the Governors can't give the state's electoral college votes to the candidate with greatest percentage of the national popular vote. It means that if the governor does this, the electors can't defy them by giving the electoral vote to the winner of the state, instead.
This makes it easier for the dems to steal the election, not harder, folks.
