Perpetuating the welfare state. The only way to stop this is to remove the economic incentive for it.

What really sucks is that a lot of the money we pour into the system don't even go to the kids. The "parent" will buy stuff with EBT and sell it for cash at pennies on the dollar, and then spend that on vice.
