Not just blacks, the alphabet community has huge advantages. I saw a job announcement at a university for a Diversity manager at $250k. I would bet the qualifications have more to do with how many checkboxes of minority they have versus any real merit. It almost makes a Tootsie scenario the only way to get a decent wage!
