they'll just declare this a "closed structure" and say it's no different than being indoors. Basically you MIGHT get away with a tent with no walls but not an enclosed tent like that. They'll say it still keeps the chance of virus particles circulating around inside up and make you take it down

Gotta figure indoors has better ventilation than a hot stuffy tent. They can probably get away with the tent though because the people who are writing the rules do so arbitrarily and none of this makes sense in the first place.

Yesterday I ate at a re-opened BBQ joint which built a large covered outdoor area... and then it was decided that indoor dining would be allowed with increased table- spacing. This whole plandemic is like an assault on simple pleasures like dining out and small businesses who cater to those lifestyle issues. Sorry, it IS a direct assault because Marxists know we will only allow Marxism if our lives are miserable without it. Practice your toilet-paper queue-standing skills!

I'm thinking they close up during the night, then open the sides during dining hours! Shadows say it is early morning?

They are doing this here in Tampa, fl too. Some small restaurants are actually gaining seats doing this!

Outdoor seating is the solution to china virus economy shutdown

The solution is for everyone with common sense to just say 'enough of this bullshit' and proceed to once again live like normal people, ignoring the idiotic attempts to control us.

Yea Buon Gusto! They have a special table with a bust of the Pope on it. I don;t think it is the current pope, but one of the actual good ones.
