I read just a few days after the pandemic started that zinc and a zinc ionophore, such as hydroxychloroquine, chloroquine quinine, EGCG, or quercetin, were known to be very effective against coronavirus. Apparently, zinc stops the virus from replicating and the zinc ionophore helps it enter cells to do its job. This remedy should have been used from the start, and especially given to dying patients who had nothing to lose.
