I lost everything due to COVID lockdowns and have to stay with my parents. You might be able to qualify as a caregiver for a family member and get paid by the state to take care of them if they have Medicare. I would suggest you look into it. While you're at home taking care of your folks, you need to get paid.
Ya, I've been trying to be listed as a caregiver for months but they're taking forever to do anything and let me know what else they need. Calling is useless cause even if I get through I get put on hold for hours and then hung up on. It's ridiculous.
Aren't there multiple agencies you can go to in order to get certified? Maybe you need to find a new agency.
