Some people think this will siphon more Trump votes than Biden votes but I just don't see it. The whole point of the lockdowns and riots was to amp up motivation for the youth and black votes to vote Dem. Kanye won't get votes from basically anyone but the youth and black voting blocs.

If there were no lockdowns or riots, this might have hurt Trump more. He was trending up with those demographics. But now he's trending down with them so I think this helps him
