Can housing become affordable now? Still doesn't change the fact that no one with a level head would live in Cambridge.

The funny thing is Cambridge actually has the lowest residential property tax rate of any city or town in Massachusetts.

It is. Not quite as low as the Vineyard towns, but all about that big money balance. Then you've got places like Ware and Springfield with some of the highest.

Longmeadow has the worst of both worlds — Big money + the highest residential property tax rate.
