So there is limited on campus housing available, I absolutely believe that part. But keep in mind there is no limit to off campus housing except perhaps the length of the commute the student is willing to perform each day they have classes. The real limit at Harvard will be how many physical classrooms will be holding classes and the capacity of those classrooms. If Harvard is completely buying into the hysteria despite the ever shrinking number of CV19 deaths then they will absolutely lose a bunch of foreign students this year.
