Hospitals were obviously losing tons of money... Now they are billing the govt. for "COVID" patients... The govt. guarantees payment!!!! Consider that a good amount of people don't pay their medical bills even with normal circumstances.... They even get paid for illegals..... Of course Hospitals would take advantage!!!
