This is one of those memes that seems planted by the Trump Campaign. Pretty smart if so because they are associating "predictive" speaking with "old, senile, incompetent" and other negative associations, thereby implying that its opposite "un-predicitve", which many of Trump's speeches are, is the opposite of those associations also. This could explain why such a low-effort meme is doing so well. Subtle. Smart.
