This has been a major problem for America ever since the Dept of Education was formed. Our schools don't teach much of any history that will allow you to learn from the mistakes of the past. They sure as hell don't teach the dangers of big government or the corruption that occurs nor do they teach why communism is evil. This is all by design. A less educated population is easier to lie to.
