Since we are revisiting the past and addressing the wrongs of slavery, we must go all the way. Address the issue at its root, in mainland Africa.

• Demarcate the slave traders and slave hunters, of various warring tribes • Investigate and pinpoint any institution or system which engaged in slave catching • Compile the list of nations/tribes/slave masters/hunters/traders or warlords who profited from them, any present-day institutions or countries which are actively or passively benefitted from the legacy of the slave trade • Identify the descendants of these individuals • Extract reparations from these entities as well

However, something tells me it would be likely that the average wealth and prosperity of the descendants of former slaves in America are greater than the descendants of the slavers in Africa. So I am not sure how this will work.
