City council meetings, county board meetings. For stores like Costco or in Texas, HEB. Forget trying to sway governors. Hit them at the local levels and we’ll see results. Just 40-50 people can have an overwhelming message. A small police department like this would not have been able to deal with just a few dozen more like her and that’s why the BLM terrorists have success.
The real problem with police that should be the target of real police reform: Police follow orders! When their boss tells them not to protect the city they stand down. When their boss tells them to enforce an unconstitutional law they arrest people. When they protest they are punished. Police need to be able to stand down and speak out without fear of persecution when they are ordered to do something they know is wrong.
