With the frequency of nooses found, you'd think everyone was getting their pioneering badge back in the Boy Scouts hayday.
I would think the opposite since most of the "nooses" found are not actually nooses. They think any rope with tied loop is one and freak out.
There's like a dozen pages on it that even someone using an iPhone can figure out.
