However, different black tribes have different average IQs. Some are quite retarded -- in the scientific sense -- while others aren't too far off from white populations on the lower spectrum of IQ.
That said, if you look at the DISTRIBUTION of IQ scores, you'll note that no community is deprived of geniuses. There are black geniuses. There are a lot more white geniuses, and even more Asian and Ashkenazi geniuses, but God gave us plenty of smart people to go around.
If we actually embraced this scientific fact we might look at crime statistics and say, "Gee, I wonder if maybe our society is too complex for low IQ individuals, and we need simpler laws that they can understand and enforce themselves." That's what I figure. Our society needs to be dumbed down so dumb people can manage themselves.
Or we might say "It's because they're being oppressed" which helps no one.
Great point. A lot of our laws are based around deterrance. That does not work well on stupid people because they cannot plan ahead in any aspect of their lives.
