If you want to laugh even harder, here is his "proof" that 1*1=2

Not only can he not do 3rd grade math, but he also can't use Microsoft word.

If there was ever a time for an LMAO, this is it.

I went past laughing and just stared at my screen in awe for a few minutes.

Well, let's try to subtract 1 from both sides of the equation:

1 x 1 = 1

-1

1 = 0

No. No. No, Terrence. No.

This is flat Earth all over again

I do not believe the earth is flat. However, flat earth doesn't approach this level of ridiculousness.

I have one quarter in front of me. And I have one of it. Therefore, I have 1 quarter.

1 * 1 = 1

Haha, you're right. It's a million times worse. Post Modernism is the root of the disease

OH fuck. Doesn't even know 5th grade algebra. Starts out with 1x1 = 1. Now subtract one from both sides. Then you get (1x1) - 1 = 0 which is true you moron. Throwing more money at inner city schools isn't going to do anything to fix this level of stupid.

"Howard studied chemical engineering at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn until he fell out with one of his professors over the answer to the 1x1=1 conundrum." from the article above. No you mean he attempted to study engineering which was waaaaay over his head and was let in via affirmative action even though he couldn't have realistically passed elementary school. This is now the poster boy for me saying Affirmative Action must end or we are all fucked.

That's not even algebra. He doesn't understand multiplication on a fundamental level. He doesn't understand that multiplication is repeatedly adding things.

1 x 1 = 1

1 x 2 = 1 + 1

1 x 3 = 1 + 1 + 1

He doesn't understand that's what multiplication represents. His K-12 education failed spectacularly.

And yet he still got accepted into an engineering program.

Maybe he just went crazy. Drugs?

"How can it equal one? If one times one equals one that means that two is of no value because one times itself has no effect. One times one equals two because the square root of four is two, so what's the square root of two? Should be one, but we're told its two, and that cannot be."

Teachers matter.

He seems not to know the difference between multiplication and addition.
