If I had to guess, the only way she got into a PHD program was by using the race-card, and she knows she's not good at math. The reason for her PHD Dissertation, is because everyone's too afraid of rejecting it for being complete nonsense, because they'd get fired for "being racist." That dissertation clearly has nothing to do with math.
