Science should not be necessary in this case - whether you genuinely believed that something as incredibly ludicrously evil as infant rape would cure HIV/AIDS or not, you would still have to be incredibly ludicrously evil to do it. I cannot help but wonder if part of it for many/most of these rapists is that the disease and myth is an excuse to do such kinds of evils. And damage or destroy innocents just because they can, or because they love destroying people that they themselves perceive as innocents, or because they want to drag others (no matter whom it is (or directly targeted against those they themselves consider innocents) and without/against any kind of justice and goodness) into the same or worse horrible situation they themselves are in.
