He ordered a number of counties EXCEPT the country his wineries are in to close tasting rooms.....This is like Whitmer opening up the northern part of Michigan for the holiday because she wanted to go visit.
I did do my research. The justification they are using to close down restaurants, bars, tasting rooms, etc is rates of positive covid cases. What are the numbers like in Napa where his winery is located and what are the numbers like in the counties like riverside that are being forced closed? Their reasoning might be retarded but it is at least consistent. There is no grand conspiracy other than protecting an large industry in an area that has not seen a big impact from covid. That in particular is what made this original post so ridiculous on top of the fact that he was quite obviously not triggered by the question as the title suggests. He was probably hoping someone asked that so he could say exactly what he said with a smirk.
If this is actually true (I can almost guarantee it isn't) then it is completely separate from the fake news published in this article. It should be a major concern for CA voters if the Governor kept his single winery open and closed every other winery in that State.
I was correct. They closed wineries in certain areas (19 counties). His is in Nappa valley which is not closed. There are lots of wineries in Nappa Valley which are not closed.
