If anyone other than law enforcement attempts to stop your vehicle: drive faster, don’t slow down, don’t stop. Avoid hitting people if possible, but your own safety is the top priority; not theirs.

As a proud resident of Colorado I have the right and privilage to use deadly force on a person attempting to harm me in my vehicle. I am more likely to withstand prosecution if I use my firearm then my vehicle, and I plan on doing just that.

Some people are going to have to take one for the team on this issue. What we need to do, is stop even slowing down for them, if they're on a non-closed public road. They either get out of the way, or they get run over. No slowing, no hesitation. Don't accelerate, just maintain speed and heading. Eventually, after enough of them become grease stains on the pavement, it'll become harder and harder to find participants in this form of 'protest'.

Reddit comments anytime some protester gets run over are infuriating. Are they times when the drivers are wrong, sure, are there times when the protesters are wrong, more often than not, but it's not that black and white. There are times where drivers end up where they shouldn't be, and that's ok, shit happens, but what the protesters shouldn't do is surround the car and scream at the occupants. A better option perhaps would be to assist the person in getting through, help your fellow protesters make way for the wayward vehicle. The driver makes it through, may even give you a wave and perhaps drives away with a newfound respect for your cause. How many times have you see this happen? Fucking never, it never happens. The moment a car shows up they just go fucking apeshit and try to block the drivers, half the time they block both paths. I'm not saying I agree with protesters blocking the roads, get a permit for that shit assholes, but if they were truly innocent they'd make a concerted effort to calm situations down rather than escalate them. The last person you want to scare the living shit out of is someone behind the wheel of a 2000 pound vehicle with nowhere to go, you will and should get run over.
If you wait that long, you've already lost. The second you see a lethal weapon in someone's hands, it's time to exit the scene immediately by whatever means are available, and deal with the legal repercussions later.
